Here at Dimensions Displays Ltd we manufacture display equipment for other businesses to use in their marketing and communications. In order to process transactions we need to collect personal data from you.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Information you give us.
You may give us information about you on our Website in order to place an order for our products, correspond with us or participate in social media functions on our Website. The information you give us may include, your name, company name, postal address, email address, mobile number, card billing address and credit / debit card details. This Personal Information is all the information we require to process orders.
We also store information gained via events, networking, business cards exchanged, or provided through other forms of digital or phone correspondence. This data will be inputted into our CRM database and if consent is acquired be used to facilitate sales and marketing.

- WordPress – we run on WordPress, data is collected through comments, or account sign ups.
- Woocommerce – Is used to record sales transaction.
- Zero BS CRM – for CRM we collect and analyse data on the following
- Leads & Customers of our products.
- Transactions and which customer purchased which product.
- Sales Dashboard to see overviews of data.
- Google Analysis – We track website usage using Google Analytics

- AccountEdge – For creating invoices and storing transactional data.

All credit card information is securely processed via our payment provider, Stripe. We do not hold any card details ourselves.
We are fully committed to ensuring that any information you provide us with is protected, and have in place electronic and procedural safeguards to secure it.
There are some types of information that we are obligated to retain for business and tax purposes, including contact information and financial records related to past purchases. e.g. HMRC requires companies to keep accounts data for a minimum of 6 years.
Our products have a lifespan of up to 10 years. It is in our and your legitimate interest that we retain your data on our systems to facilitate any follow up sales, repairs and supply of spare parts. Therefor we will keep sales and contact data for 10 years. This duration is based on twenty one years of experience selling displays. The information we hold helps the process these subsequent orders. We think its reasonable to keep the contact and purchase data for this length of time for this reason.
In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated and stored securely.
Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion, such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

- To facilitate orders delivery information will be uploaded to courier company websites to create delivery consignments.
- Third party Payment Providers will also receive information in the course of payment processing.
- In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.

- To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

Removal of Data
You have the right to delete any data we hold on you at any point. Simply get in contact with us by phone on 020 7095 1058, emailing us, or via our contact form here. We’ll get back in touch with you to confirm your details and what data you want us to remove. Be advised that the deletion of data may result in you not being able to track your order, view past orders and query previous orders with us. All requests will be processed and complete within 14 days.
What do I do if I receive your newsletter when I didn’t request it?
If you do not wish to receive information from us, you can call us on 020 7095 1058 or fill in our contact us form here. Alternatively, at the bottom of the newsletter you received you are also able to unsubscribe from here. Mailchimp will remove you immediately from the mailing list. We will update our CRM with this Opt-Out choice.
