Q: How quickly can a D3 signage display be assembled?
A: Allow 7-8 minutes for assembly.

Q: I've lost my assembly instructions where can I get replacements?
A: Download the Assembly PDF document for details on how to assemble all D3 displays.

Q: Can we hire a D3’s from Dimensions?
A: No. We don’t offer a hire service for the D3 currently.

Q: How do I prepare digital artwork?
A: Download the Digital Artwork Guidelines PDF for large format digital printing from here or the downloads section of this website.

Q: Can Dimensions Displays create my printed header artwork?
A: No. We do not provide a graphic design service.

Q: How long does it take to print the headers?
A: Allow 2 - 3 working days from receipt of artwork to dispatch. These are guidelines only, please call when you are placing an order and we will confirm the production schedule.

Q: How do I get my digital files to you? 

A:  Three options

• Email if the files size allows. Details for these two options will be emailed to you when you place an order.

• Send it to us via MailBigFile / YouSendIt or similar service providers.

• If the job isn’t so urgent, or the artwork files are very large you can send artwork on disk by mail or courier.

Q: Does the list price include VAT? 

A: No. Sales within the UK will be subject to VAT at the rate current at the time of purchase.


Q: What are your delivery charges? 

A: These will vary depending on total weight of the displays bought and where they are going. 



• Standard 2 day delivery for a single display is £9 +VAT

• Next day delivery for a single display is £18 +VAT

• Orders of 2 - 4 D3's or more displays will be sent on a next day service which costs - £25

• Delivery on 5 - 6 D3's displays will cost - £30

• Delivery on 5 - 6 D3's displays will cost  - £35

These costs are for mainland UK and exclude Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. If you are ordering from these places or Europe please get in touch for pricing. There are to many variables - weight, volume and desination and speed of service required to give accurate guidelines. We use a very competitve onlne shipping agent who resells UPS, Fedex and TNT services to make sure our customers get the best price for the service
