D4 Display features

• Displays can be group or linked together to create an exhibition display.

• Banner materials are opaque, water proof and fade proof for 5 years. See separate tab for more information.

• Banners are quick and easy to change, unlike roller banner which need to be sent back to your printer for refitting.

• Different banner sizes can be used on the same display frame,saving you from buying a whole new display system.

• Stylish, the D4 means doesn’t look out of place in up-market interiors.

• The metal base plate with triangulated footprint makes the D4 very stable.

• Custom banner sizes can also be attached to the D4 frame.

• D4's that get damaged can be repaired, making them a more sustainable.

Fabric Banner - Metallic light block

 A very durable polyester fabric with good drape characteristics. Can be printed on both sides if required. The surface has a satin metallic sheen which enhances printed images. An opaque core ensures it is 100% light blocking. Only suitable for dye sublimation printing, to a maximum printing width of 135cm. Edges are finished using a hot knife which seals the material and prevents fraying. Ideal choice for the D4 Curved displays. Good choice if there are large areas of bright solid colour.

Opal Banner - Hydroprint

A 205micron opaque opaljet suitable for use on a UV curable ink printers and latex. Its has a satin finish which is extremely durable. The finished graphics don't require sealing and are water proof and scratch resistant. Banners hang straight with no edge curl which makes this the ideal material for use on all roller banner and D4 displays. Excellent choice where there is fine detail.

Q: Can I use the same curved bars to create both convex and concave shaped banners? 

A: Yes just turn the bars round and insert back into the pocket to create the reverse shape. 



Q: How quickly can a D4 Linked or Triple display be assembled? 

A: Linked or set of three display with lights in approximately 10 minutes.

Q: I'm a large format printer. My client has specified a D4 system, how quickly can I get hold of one?

A: We try to keep all D4 systems ex-stock. So, depending on the quantity required, displays can be dispatched same day if ordered before 12 noon, on an overnight delivery service. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following day.




Q: How do I get my digital files to you? 

A: Three options

• Email if the files size allows. Details for these two options will be emailed to you when you place an order.
• Send it to us via MailBigFile / YouSendIt or similar service providers.
• If the job isn’t so urgent, or the artwork files are very large you can send artwork on disk by mail or courier.



Q: What  are your delivery charges for these larger D4 displays? 

A: These will vary depending on total weight of the displays bought and where they are going. 



• Next day delivery for a single linked or triple display is £18 +VAT
• Orders of 2 complete displays is - £26
• Delivery on 3 - 4 D4.6 displays will cost - £30
• Delivery on 5 - 6 D4.8 displays will cost  - £45

These costs are for mainland UK and exclude Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. If you are ordering from these places or Europe please get in touch for pricing. There are to many variables - weight, volume and desination and speed of delivery required to give accurate guidelines. We use a very competitve onlne shipping agent who resells UPS, Fedex and TNT services to make sure our customers get the best price for the service they require.

Fusion FAQ's

Q: What  are your delivery charges for these Fusion displays? 

A: We only serve the London area with this display model as transporting the rigid panels with overnight couriers is to risky for the panels. Systems and graphics will be delivered by direct courier cost wil be worked out and agreed before we commence with the order.

Q: How quickly can a Fusion display be assembled? 

A: In approximately 5 minutes.

Q: Does assembly require any tools? 

A: Yes. a allan key ( which is supplied ) is required to tighten the connection between the vertical posts and horizontal bars.
