When you choose a D3 light box you'll enjoy these benefits:

• Easy to use - The cover sheet has an opaque silver band which frames your graphic and is held in place with snap fit recessed magnets which let you can change the duratran in seconds without the need for tools.

• Display your graphics anywhere, the floor standing displays can be placed anywhere you need in your interior (near a standard 13 amp socket.) They can display graphics in places where your cannot fix to walls, or there are no walls to fix to.

• The ultra thin acrylic design means the wall mounted light boxes float just off the wall.

• The floor standing versions are also portable and can be transported for use at exhibitions, trade shows and events.

• Future proof and flexible - no need to buy a whole new display ( floor standing option only ) if you change your graphic size. The D3 light box is adaptable, update your existing display stand by purchasing additional light boxes or even other D3 components.

• A4, A5 and DL brochure holders and product shelf accessories are available for the floor standing displays to maximise their usefulness.

• Poster holder displays are in stock for next day despatch. They are supplied flat-packed for easy assembly. Free standing displays can be moved around once assembled.

• Light boxes are made from either 5mm or 8mm clear acrylic sheet depending on the size with polished edges. The duratrans are held in place between the 2mm clear acrylic front sheet.

•  Displays come with a lifetime guarantee against production defects, and spare parts are available if you accidentally damage your display.

• The D3 display features a powder coated mild steel base for stabilty, aluminium masts with carbon inserts which tension stainless steel cables.

• The light boxes use innovative LED technology to give bright vibrant colours to your images. They have a 30,000+ hours lifespan, with low energy consumption and give off very little heat. Power cable is intergrated into the central mast to keep it tidy.

Usage
They provide an elegant display solution for reception areas, exhibition stands, marketing suites, retail outlets, exhibitions graphics and signage, and are perfect for promoting property sales in estate agents windows. Can also be used for promotions, menu display, heath and safety information, general notices and memo’s.

The A4, A3 and A2 light boxes are only 6mm thick and are fixed to the D3 stand using our standard cable fixings

The middle mast provides cable management for the power supply.

Q: Can I fit a A1 light box on to a D3 frame?
A: No. The weight and size of the holder is to big.

Q: Do you stock any other sizes of lightbox other than "A" sizes listed?
A: No. We can get specials made but they are subject to a minimum order of 10 units and a 10 week lead time.

Q: How do you get the power supply to wall mounted light boxes ?
A: If you don't want any visible power leads you need a qualified electrician to install a 13 amp socket in the wall space behind the light box. These displays are normally fitted to false walls on exhibition stands or during interior refurbishment when installed permanently. Also note that the plug point and transformer should be accessible and ventilated.

Q: How long is the power lead on the D3 Display light boxes
A: Approx. 1.25m

Q: Can I buy a D3 display without a travel bag?
A: Yes. All D3 displays are sold without a travel bag as standard.

Q: I need to transport my D3 display, do you have any solutions for this?
A: All D3 components are supplied in sturdy cartons as the majority of the time they are for permanent installation. However we do offer travel bags and cases for those clients who need to transport their display.

Q: How many rows of leaflet dispensers can i add under the light box?
A:This varies depending on the size of poster holder purchased and the format its used in. You can  get two rows underneath A4 and A3 landscape displays. A3 & A2 portrait you can only get one row underneath.

Q: How quickly can a D3 light box display be assembled?
A: Allow 6-7 minutes for assembly.

Q: Can I put more than one Lightscreen on a D3 system?
A: No. The cable management mast can only accommodate one power cable.

Q: Will my light box work abroad?
A: Lightscreens supplied with a British plug will require a European plug adapter for use in Europe.

Q: I've lost my assembly instructions where can I get replacements?

Q: How quickly can I get hold of a D3 without a graphic?
A: We try to keep all D3 systems ex-stock. So, depending on the quantity required, displays can be dispatched same day if ordered before 12 noon, on an overnight delivery service. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following day.

Q: Can we hire a D3’s from Dimensions?
A: No. We don’t offer a hire service for the D3 currently.

Q: How do I prepare digital artwork?

Q: Can Dimensions Displays create my artwork?
A: No. We do not provide a graphic design service.

Q: How long does it take to print the graphic?
A: Allow 2 - 3 working days from receipt of artwork to dispatch. These are guidelines only, please call when you are placing an order and we will confirm the production schedule.

Q: How do I get my digital files to you? 

A:  Three options

• Email if the files size allows. Details for these two options will be emailed to you when you place an order.
• Send it to us via MailBigFile / YouSendIt or similar service providers.
• If the job isn’t so urgent, or the artwork files are very large you can send artwork on disk by mail or courier.

Q: Does the list price include VAT? 

A: No. Sales within the UK will be subject to VAT at the rate current at the time of purchase.


Q: What  are your delivery charges? 

A: These will vary depending on total weight of the displays bought and where they are going. 



• Standard 2 day delivery for a single display is £9 +VAT
• Next day delivery for a single display is £18 +VAT
• Orders of 2 - 4 D3's or more displays will be sent on a next day service which costs - £25
• Delivery on 5 - 6 D3's displays will cost - £30
• Delivery on 5 - 6 D3's displays will cost  - £35

These costs are for mainland UK and exclude Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. If you are ordering from these places or Europe please get in touch for pricing. There are to many variables - weight, volume and desination and speed of service required to give accurate guidelines. We use a very competitive online shipping agent who resells UPS, Fedex and TNT services to make sure our customers get the best price for the service they require.

Q: We’re based in London can we get a D3 Display the same day we order?
A: Yes, we can organise a same day delivery or you can collect your display from our London office in Herne Hill.

Q: What happens if I receive a damaged or faulty D3 display?
A: In the unlikely event of display being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. We will either arrange for collection of the whole display and send a replacement, or send a replacement part. Please keep all damaged goods as we will want to collect and inspect them.
