Reverse mounted acrylic panels
Laser cut 5mm acrylic panels with polished edges and radiused corners. Your image is bonded to the back of the acrylic with optically clear adhesive and viewed through the material. This protects the image from being damaged. Acrylic panels provide extra durability and longevity compared with more traditional foam PVC panels. The attractive gloss finish that enriches the colours of the graphic images beneath .
A huge range of fixing methods, including stand offs or hidden battens, both of which float the panel off the wall, or fix to aluminium tension rod or cable systems. These enable you to fix your graphic in most locations and create very individual and bespoke solution .
Printed acrylic panels are ideally suited for and exhibition stands and graphics, museum displays, internal and external signage, corporate art, reception displays and retail environments.
Each project is individual and we work closely with clients to ensure they get the best material and hanging solution for the graphics being produced.We can't show, or cost up every possible permutation of material and finish, but we shown the more popular methods and materials here.

Stand Off Fixing Detail
We manufacture our own stand off component which is adjustable and can project panels from 27mm to 32mm off the wall, useful on uneven wall surfaces. It also features a male spigot which you can hook the panels onto which makes installing large panels easier
Rigid Foamex Graphic Panels
We print direct on to 5mm foamex using a UV flat bed printer to create highly detailed images. The finished print is water proof, scrtachproof and UV resistant for 5 years. Foamex panels are more suited to temporary display and exhibition work.

We either print direct on to 3mm alupanel /dibond using a UV flat bed printer to create highly detailed images, or mount and seal PVC film on to the aluminuim. The finished print is water proof, scrtachproof and UV resistant for 5 years out doors. When used internally and combined with the correct seal these panels will 8-10 years depending on location. Becuase of this aluminium composite panels are more suited to permanent display and exhibition work.
